As costs for basic necessities remain elevated, individuals and families often choose between purchasing food and paying for rent, utilities, transportation and health care. Our most vulnerable populations are impacted the most, children under the age of 18 and senior citizens, many of whom are attempting to live on a fixed income.

With your support, we have provided 208,000 meals to our neighbors in 2023. In total, 909,340 meals have been served to children, individuals and seniors who face hunger in our communities. Because of our collective effort, our neighbors struggling with food insecurity have greater access to nourishing meals.


Habitat for Humanity of Summit County 

We are working together with Habitat for Humanity to improve living conditions with a place to call home. Habitat works with families, local communities, and volunteers so that more people are able to live in Affordable and Safe Homes. When we come together, remarkable transformations happen in communities. The following data highlights the positive impact Habitat for Humanity has had on individuals and families:

65% reported better health.
80% of children’s grades have improved.
94% of homeowners now feel safe in their homes.
48% of families feel more connected to their community.

With your support, we have provided safe and affordable housing to 18 families in our local communities in 2023 and 58 families in total. We believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable home and are dedicated to making housing available for our neighbors in need.
